Papa Roach Creamy Pasta With Shallots

60 ml
Almond Milk
4 leaf
Basil
4 tbsp
Flax Seeds
1 tbsp
Grapeseed Oil
0.5 tbsp
Lemon
9 grams
Nutritional Yeast
1 tsp
Oregano
1 tbsp
Parsley
90 grams
Pasta

Prep

  1. Cut and squeeze your lemon so you can use the juice later.
  2. Finely chop your basil, parsley and shallots.

Heating Steps

  1. Boil pasta according to the instructions on the package and save about a 1/4 cup of the pasta water when draining.
  2. Heat grapeseed oil in a pan and add shallots, oregano and fry at lower temperature for several minutes.
  3. Add almond milk to your pan and mix.
  4. Add the reserved pasta water to your frying pan and bring to a boil to thicken the sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Finishing Touches

  1. Add your cooked pasta to your pan and mix evenly.
  2. Add lemon and mix.
  3. Add Basil, Flax Seeds, Nutritional Yeast and Parsley on top.
