Cinnamon

Coconut Milk

Kale
3 tsp
Nutmeg

Prep

  1. Wash and cut your kale and zucchini.
  2. Slice your banana as you like. Try to ensure all pieces are roughly the same size.

Finishing Touches

  1. Add your banana, cinnamon, coconut milk, kale, nutmeg, water and zucchini to your blender and pulsate until smooth.
  2. Serve your smoothie cold! You can store it for up to 3 days in the fridge.
