Ingredients

Apple

Banana
0.75 tsp
Cinnamon
130 ml
Greek Yogurt
20 grams
Raisins
70 grams
Rolled Oats
3 tbsp
Sunflower Seeds
1 tsp
Vanilla

Prep

  1. Slice your apple and banana as you like. Try to ensure all pieces are roughly the same size.
  2. In a jar or bowl, combine your cinnamon, oats and vanilla.
  3. Add a splash of your greek yogurt and mix into the oats, then add the rest and stir to combine.
  4. Toast sunflower seeds on a hot and dry pan for a few minutes. Then remove from pan and set aside to use as a topping later.
  5. Add Apple, Banana, Raisins and Sunflower Seeds on top.
  6. Leave your bowl or jar in the fridge overnight. Mix well before eating.
