Prep

  1. Wash and cut your carrot.
  2. Slice your avocado, banana, cucumber, kiwi and watermelon as you like. Try to ensure all pieces are roughly the same size.

Finishing Touches

  1. Place almonds and pumpkin seeds in mixing bowl and grind for 10 sec/speed 10.
  2. Add your almond milk, avocado, banana, carrot, cherries, cucumber, honey, kiwi, maple syrup and watermelon to the mixing bowl and blend for 1 min/speed 10 or until desired consistency.
  3. Serve your smoothie cold! You can store it for up to 3 days in the fridge.
