- Wash and cut your carrot.
- Slice your avocado, banana, cucumber, kiwi and watermelon as you like. Try to ensure all pieces are roughly the same size.
- Place almonds and pumpkin seeds in mixing bowl and grind for 10 sec/speed 10.
- Add your almond milk, avocado, banana, carrot, cherries, cucumber, honey, kiwi, maple syrup and watermelon to the mixing bowl and blend for 1 min/speed 10 or until desired consistency.
- Serve your smoothie cold! You can store it for up to 3 days in the fridge.
