Apple
2 tbsp
Apple Cider Vinegar
2 tbsp
Chives
2 tbsp
Honey
2 tbsp
Olive Oil
260 grams
Red Cabbage
25 grams
Sesame Seeds

Prep

  1. Wash and cut your apple and red cabbage so that they all have a similar size and shape.
  2. Finely chop your chives.

Heating Steps

  1. Toast sesame seeds on a hot and dry pan for a few minutes. Then remove from pan and set aside to use as a topping later.

Building A Salad

  1. Mix red cabbage together in a bowl.
  2. Mix apple cider vinegar, honey and olive oil together in a bowl with salt and pepper, then drizzle on top of your dish.
  3. Add Apple and Sesame Seeds on top.
