You're Still The One Curry With Potatoes

Cauliflower

Cumin

Curry Powder
0.25 tbsp
Garam Masala
0.75 tbsp
Ginger

120 grams
Potatoes
25 grams
Raisins
50 grams
Rice
1 tbsp
Sunflower Oil
1 tsp

Prep

  1. Peel and cut your potatoes. All ingredients should have a similar size and shape.
  2. Wash and cut your apple and cauliflower so that they all have a similar size and shape.
  3. Finely chop your ginger.
  4. Cut and squeeze your lemon so you can use the juice later.

Heating Steps

  1. Boil rice according to instructions on package.
  2. Heat sunflower oil in a pot and add ginger, cinnamon, cumin, curry powder, garam masala and turmeric and fry at lower temperature for several minutes.
  3. Heat sunflower oil in a pot, add Cauliflower and Potatoes and fry for 15 minutes.
  4. Add vegetables stock or water to your pot and simmer for about 25 minutes or until all vegetables are tender. Make sure to stir occasionally, so it doesn't burn. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Add lemon and mix, simmer for 5 more minutes.

Finishing Touches

  1. Serve your stew with rice on the side.
  2. Add Apple and Raisins on top.
