Ingredients

Baby Spinach
10 leaf
Basil
30 grams
Cherries
0.75 tbsp
Chili Oil
60 grams
Feta Cheese
2 tbsp
Flax Seeds
0.75 handful
Grapes
1 tbsp
Lemon

Mango
40 grams
Melon
10 leaf
Mint

Prep

  1. Wash and cut your mango so that they all are a similar size.
  2. Finely chop your basil and mint.
  3. Grate or slice your feta cheese.
  4. Slice your orange and watermelon into approximately 2x2cm cubes (1"x 1"). Try to ensure all pieces are roughly the same size.
  5. Cut and squeeze your lemon so you can use the juice later.

Building A Salad

  1. Mix basil, chili oil, lemon and pesto together in a bowl with salt and pepper, then drizzle on top of your dish.
  2. Add Cherries, Feta Cheese, Flax Seeds, Grapes, Mango, Melon, Mint, Orange, Strawberries and Watermelon on top.
