Ingredients

2 handful
Blueberries
1 tbsp
Cashew Butter
2 tbsp
Chia Seeds
3 tbsp
Flax Seeds
0.25
Grapefruit
35 ml
Greek Yogurt
35 ml
Milk
8 leaf
Mint
1 tbsp
Peanut Butter
1 tsp
Vanilla

Prep

  1. Slice your grapefruit into approximately 2x2cm cubes (1"x 1"). Try to ensure all pieces are roughly the same size.
  2. Finely chop your mint.

Finishing Touches

  1. Add your blueberries, cashew butter, chia seeds, flax seeds, grapefruit, greek yogurt, Milk, mint, peanut butter and vanilla to your blender and pulsate until smooth.
  2. Serve your smoothie cold! You can store it for up to 3 days in the fridge.
