Ingredients

Banana
1 handful
Blueberries
3 tbsp
Chia Seeds
3 tbsp
Peanut Butter
5 tbsp
Pumpkin Seeds
45 ml
Soy Milk

Prep

  1. Wash your blueberries.
  2. Slice your banana into approximately 2x2cm cubes (1"x 1"). Try to ensure all pieces are roughly the same size.

Make porridge base

  1. Put the oats in a bowl. Bring boiling water to the bowl (water:oats ratio 2:1). Add a bit of salt and mix it. Let it sit for 5 minutes, while you prepare the other ingredients.
  2. Add banana, chia seeds and peanut butter into the bowl for the whole duration for a more creamy mouthfeel.

Heating Steps

  1. Toast pumpkin seeds on a hot and dry pan for a few minutes. Then remove from pan and set aside to use as a topping later.

Finishing Touches

  1. Mix soy milk into your porridge.
  2. Add Blueberries and Pumpkin Seeds on top.
