Corn
40 grams
Green Beans

Lemon
50 grams
Mozzarella
4 tsp
Oregano
350 grams
Pizza Dough
2 tbsp
Tabasco Sauce
50 ml
Tomato Sauce

Prep

  1. Wash, peel, and thinly slice your carrot.
  2. Wash and thinly slice your bell pepper and green beans.
  3. Grate or slice your mozzarella.
  4. Cut and squeeze your lemon so you can use the juice later.
  5. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

Building Your Pizza

  1. Spread the rest of your ingredients on top of the pizza. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Add mozzarella on top.
  3. Bake pizza in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for 10-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  4. Mix canned tomatoes, lemon and tabasco sauce together in a bowl.
