Prep

  1. Wash, peel, and thinly slice your red onion.
  2. Wash and thinly slice your asparagus and cremini mushrooms.
  3. Finely chop your basil and garlic.
  4. Grate or slice your mozzarella.
  5. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

Building Your Pizza

  1. Spread the rest of your ingredients on top of the pizza. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Add mozzarella on top.
  3. Bake pizza in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for 10-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  4. Mix greek yogurt and olive oil together in a bowl.

Finishing Touches

  1. Add Arugula and Basil on top.
