Ingredients

240 grams
Beets

Carrot
6 tbsp
Cilantro

90 ml
Yogurt

Prep

  1. Peel and cut your beetroot and carrot. All ingredients should have a similar size and shape.
  2. Finely chop your cilantro and onion.

Heating Steps

  1. Bring salted water to a boil. Add Beetroot and boil for 5 minutes.Finally, add Carrot and boil for another 15 minutes.

Finishing Touches

  1. Drain your vegetables and return to the pot or a food processor.
  2. Add cilantro, onion and yogurt and mash or blend together. Add salt and pepper to taste.
