Cherry Tomatoes

Chili Powder

Kale
60 grams
Kidney Beans
1 tbsp
Lemon
1 tbsp
Olive Oil
4 tbsp
Pinenuts
30 grams
Quinoa
20 grams
Raisins

Spring Onion
15 grams
Walnuts

Prep

  1. Boil quinoa according to instructions on package.
  2. Wash and cut your kale so that they all have a similar size and shape.
  3. Finely chop your spring onion.
  4. Cut and squeeze your lemon so you can use the juice later.

Heating Steps

  1. Toast pinenuts and walnuts on a hot and dry pan for a few minutes. Then remove from pan and set aside to use as a topping later.

Building A Salad

  1. Mix cherry tomatoes, kale, kidney beans, quinoa and spring onion together in a bowl.
  2. Mix chili powder, lemon and olive oil together in a bowl with salt and pepper, then drizzle on top of your dish.
  3. Add Pinenuts, Raisins, Spring Onion, Walnuts and Salt on top.
