Lettuce Wraps

Don't shy away from adding too many spices and herbs, wraps are always spiced up!

Ingredients

0.25
Broccoli
0.75 tsp
Chili Powder
1 tsp
Cumin
2 Clove
Garlic
70 grams
Iceberg Lettuce
100 grams
Kidney Beans
30 grams
Mozzarella
2 tbsp
Olive Oil

Onion
0.5
Tomatoes
25 ml
Yogurt

Prep

  1. Peel a few leaves off of your iceberg lettuce so they can be used as your wrap.
  2. Wash and cut your broccoli and tomatoes so that they all have a similar size and shape.
  3. Grate or slice your Mozzarella.
  4. Finely chop your garlic and onion.

Heating Steps

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan and add garlic and onion, chili powder and cumin and fry at lower temperature for several minutes.
  2. Turn up the heat to medium and add Broccoli to your pan and fry for 10 minutes.Finally, add Kidney Beans and Tomatoes and fry for 5 extra minutes.
  3. Mix vegetable stock together in a bowl, then pour into your pan.

Finishing Touches

  1. Add your heated ingredients to the wrap.
  2. Mix yogurt together in a bowl with salt and pepper, then drizzle on top of your wrap.
  3. Add Mozzarella on top.
