Ingredients

Apple
1.5 tbsp
Apple Cider Vinegar
360 grams
Mushrooms
100 grams
Noodles
2 tbsp
Olive Oil

10 tbsp
Sunflower Seeds

Prep

  1. Boil noodles according to instructions on package.
  2. Wash and cut your apple and Mushrooms so that they all have a similar size and shape.
  3. Finely chop your onion.

Heating Steps

  1. Toast sunflower seeds on a hot and dry pan for a few minutes. Then remove from pan and set aside to use as a topping later.

Building A Salad

  1. Mix Mushrooms, noodles and onion together in a bowl.
  2. Mix apple cider vinegar and olive oil together in a bowl with salt and pepper, then drizzle on top of your dish.
  3. Add Apple and Sunflower Seeds on top.
