Ingredients

Cherry Tomatoes
0.75 tbsp
Chili Oil
50 grams
Corn

Cucumber
2 tbsp
Lime
60 grams
Mozzarella
50 grams
Mushrooms
1 tbsp
Olive Oil

Prep

  1. Wash and cut your Mushrooms so that they all have a similar size and shape.
  2. Finely chop your red onion.
  3. Grate or slice your mozzarella.
  4. Slice your cucumber and radishes into approximately 2x2cm cubes (1"x 1"). Try to ensure all pieces are roughly the same size.
  5. Cut and squeeze your lime so you can use the juice later.

Building A Salad

  1. Mix cherry tomatoes, corn, cucumber, Mushrooms and red onion together in a bowl.
  2. Mix chili oil, lime and olive oil together in a bowl with salt and pepper, then drizzle on top of your dish.
  3. Add Mozzarella and Radishes on top.
